Phase I

Get $20K in cash reimbursement and credits to cover product development, advisory services and operational expenses.

Phase II
$80k
The startups that meet our performance criteria will have access to our second phase of investment. We provide an additional $80K in the form of cash reimbursement and credits to cover product development, advisory services and operational costs.

We ask for only 5% equity stake (0% in case of non-profit); with a flexible buy-back option*.
* Unique Features:
Convertible Grant: The initial $20K is grant which can convert to an investment, effectively totaling $100K for a 5% stake upon mutual agreement.
Founder-Friendly: Option to buy back up to 4% equity for $200K, regardless of the startup's current valuation.
Risk Mitigation: If we don't proceed to Phase II, the initial $20K is a loss for us, highlighting our commitment to your success in a short time.

Exclusions:
Industries that are federally illegal in the US or closely related sectors are not eligible.
